The experience with Dawsons Llanelli was positive in all way. All the staff was very helpful from day 1. They find us buyers really quickly, but unfortunately only the third buyers very able to take it to the end. But Dawsons reacted very quickly both times when the buyers pulled out. They organised a group viewing fast. We had a good communication all the time.

I've had some not so positive experiences with Estate Agents but Dawson's couldn't have been more different. They were patient when I needed them to be but incredibly quick and efficient as soon as I was in position to proceed. They somehow managed to make a testing situation plain sailing, for which I'm so grateful, a big thank you to all the team. Really lovely staff and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We have just moved home using the services of Dawsons, Llanelli. Lorraine, Jackie and Sue were our main points of contact - though others also assisted us - and all were highly professional in their work. Although there were some challenges posed by our sale and purchase - due to some snags in the property 'chain' - they were extremely supportive throughout, and made sure that we were kept informed. They were efficient, courteous and tenacious, working extremely well with our solicitor.Without any hesitation, we would recommend using Dawsons both to buy and sell a home.
