Cindy Lin is my “lockdown silver lining”It meant that I got to do yoga with this amazing woman every day!It has transformed my life; not just because of increased flexibility, strength, fitness but because I could totally trust Cindy’s understanding of my limited range of movement and what needed addressing primarily.She is the most knowledgeable, affable and personable soul I have ever met! She is an awesome teacher.I am glad to say arthritis, stiffness, pain and weight problems are a thing of my past.CINDY IS LITERALLY A GAME-CHANGER !
