Ben at the workshop went out of his way to source a missing part for me and kept me updated regularly. Amazing service from Decathlon Brighton!

Second time and nobody to help in workshop/cycling.Ben technician it's great guy. I wait 1 hr for him to come back for the break. We was 3 customers waiting for help on the department, no for service a bike. The rest of the staff wasn't very helpful very disappointed. I have to ask for the manager to get help. Ben gave me a good customer service. But the experience in the shop was woeful.

I recently visited the Decathlon bike shop and had a fantastic experience. Ramirez was extremely helpful in selecting the perfect bike for my daughter and even gave us tips on properly maintaining it. There was no pressure to purchase more expensive or unnecessary products. Ramirez had our best interests in mind, making the entire process a breeze. I highly recommend this bike shop for its excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff.

He is so honest that he told me that I had 40 pounds worth of refund and helped me get that.Definitely recommend this store and full satisfaction with the products also. :)

The guys in the cycling department went well out of their way to help me source an ebike which had sold out. Especially Ben the technician who fixed a fault in it! Great service and would recommend to anyone. Thanks

Customer service from Ramirez the bicycle mechanic was perfect. Absolutely amazing! New front tyre and inner tube fitted within an hour and all for a really competitive price. He was super friendly, polite and keen to help with great advice. Also he was keen to listen and sell me exactly what I wanted in terms of the tyre design. Great customer service like this makes customers come back time and time again for repeat sales. Certainly, I’m coming back! Would thoroughly recommend Ramirez and this store to everyone but especially for cyclists needing a repair or service for their bike.
