I would like to sincerely thank James for the calm and soothing way he delivered my sister's funeral.It was almost hypnotic at times and James' voice, intonation and pace lulled away the high emotions that we were dreading would overcome us on the day.I was able to feel calm and appreciate the joy she gave us and a deep sense of peace and relief afterwards.
