Having used James and his team at Bespoke memorials in Hull I wanted to leave a positive review as the customer service and communication between us has been very good. The stone was a special order and I had exactly what I wanted in mind which wasn’t available off the shelf. James made the experience painless, nothing was too much trouble and all at a very competitive price level, the finished article is absolutely fantastic well worth the wait due to it being a special request and would without doubt recommend this company. Honest and professional 10/10 !

My beloved pet passes away and James knew how much I missed her and how upset I was by her passing .James been so kind hearted made a me this an came and placed it on her resting place for me . James created a Haunted Mansion tile for my mum to go in the garden. She loves Disney and spooky things and this is a unique item to call her own. The design and work put in was second to none! My mum will be over the moon with it! Thank you!

I cannot recommend Bespoke Memorials highly enough. Following the death of my mother in law and after reading previous positive reviews of Bespoke Memorials I contacted James. He guided me through the process of removing an existing headstone with all the necessary paperwork and official notifications and was available at all times with sympathetic support.James advice on refurbishment of the existing lettering and the new inscription was very welcome. The final result is exactly whatwe had hoped for.Overall an excellent service at a very reasonable price delivered with regular updates and meticulous attention to detail.Thank you so much for assisting us through this difficult time.

I contacted Bespoke Memorials from Australia, as my brother & mum's headstone was reported as leaning back. Without any charges whatsoever, Bespoke inspected the headstone and contacted the council for their guidance. It turns out no further action is required for the time being, but if anything does eventually I will not hesitate to get in touch. A highly recommended, friendly and professional service.
