Absolutely top class service. Jake is a really knowledgeable bloke who knows everything there is and is extremely helpful in the whole process, tells you everything you need to know. After buying myself a new bike I was in two minds about getting a fit, but I am so glad I did because I have never felt more comfortable. Would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a better ride on the bike.

Jake was recommended to me (and rightly so) by a local bike mechanic and I would pass on that recommendation for anyone looking for a bike fit in a heartbeat. He was extremely thorough, clearly very knowledgeable, and talked me through what we were doing and why throughout the bike fit. He also went the extra mile and offered to pick me and my bikes up from the nearest train station to his Basingstoke studio as I don't drive - not bad customer service! I feel more comfortable and more efficient than ever before when riding.

I cant recommend Jake and Precise Performance more highly. Had the most incredible experience getting my bike fit and setup. Jake went through several bike options that would work for my geometry and style of riding. Once we found the bike Jake arranged to swop out the components I needed in my correct size. I can honestly say the bike setup is absolutely perfect. I came off a period of not cycling for 3 months and was thrown straight into a 1000km challenge with 18 days to complete. I cycled 16 out of the 18days and never experienced any discomfort/injuries at all, also my neck shoulder pain I was . Also all of my averages, power, speed have all increased despite the time off, I can only put this down to the fit being perfect for my body geometry. Jake also went above and beyond arranging components to be delivered and returned (when there were delivery issues), All round just an incredible experience and I cant recommend getting a bike fit done with Precise Performance, it has vastly improved my cycling. Thanks Jake, much appreciated, couldn't be happier with the bike!

Jake was recommended to me about 4 years ago. I time trial so a good aero fit that works for me physically is essential.Jake is extremely knowledgeable and always explains why he makes a change to the position of something on my bikes. He’s always makes time to review a fit if it doesn’t feel right or we need to make changes for a specific competition eg adherence to UCI regulations. He’s flexible and has squeezed me in at 07.30!

The best bike fit I could ask for. 10/10 service, Jake is clearly knowledgeable and explained why he was doing everything he did. Got my original fit, follow up and fitted to my second bike. Can not fault, never been so comfy. Could not recommend more.

I would really recommend Jake at Precise Performance, I did a lot of research and settled on PP.Jake is a really kind and caring professional who takes the time to understand you and what you need from your fit and fit to you, rather than looking at a set of numbers and trying to make them go green or imposing a belief system onto you that you should ride a certain way.Very precise in getting everything set up from shoes and cleats and everything else. Extremely good value. Visiting Jake at PP is a must if you want to optimise your position and get comfortable on your bike whether it’s your first bike or you race competitively.

Jake knows his trade, no doubt. I had the best bike fitting experience ever. He pays attention to every detail. He doesn't rush through to get to the next customer instead, he treats you as if you are the only customer he has. Since my bike fit, I have seen some improvements on my rides. Met with Jake and had a bike fit here. It was very thorough and friendly. Lots of advice given and no pressure to buy what Jake has there in the business. But if you do want something, he'll sort you out with good prices and no uplift.The bike fit itself took about 3 hours, as described, and has worked a charm to make my two bikes feel really comfortable to ride. I wasn't there for a race fit and got exactly what I needed.Thanks Jake, the bikes feel great now. TC

I would highly recommend Precise Performance for a bike fit. I went on the recommendation of two friends following their bike fits. Jake is very professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough with his assessment. There was no pressure to buy new kit, but rationale was given. My new seating position and peddle position is so much more comfortable. My hand position needs tweaking, but that’s what the free follow up appointment is for. I enjoyed 300k of bike packing after my fitting with no saddlesore and a more efficient peddle rotation. I also received a comprehensive report. Very happy customer!
