This has got to be on your list if your a contractor or a hobbyist…staff are friendly and knowledgeable always happy to sort out problems you have from fixings to hire ….great service whichUnfortunately is a rarity in this industry and even a place to park !!

Brilliant service .The whole experience dealing with PRIndustrial was a pleasant transaction with superb service throughout. All questions were answered and dealt with kindness and great efficiency.I would certainly recommend any one to buy from this company.All help provided was 100%.I purchased a rolling workshop several months ago . This was purchased as a gift for Christmas so I didn’t open the large package and stored the item away quickly from prying eyes. On Christmas Day the purchase was opened only to realise that it had been damaged in transit.In the New year, I contacted PR Industrial by email . My correspondence was replied to immediately and without any hesitation a replacement item was arranged.The service was incredible considering that my purchase was made 7 months previous. From stage one, the price of the item was excellent value and the original delivery arrived very quickly .My email response was first class .A replacement was arranged and a delivered was organised for the next day . The delivery driver was very helpful and polite. He unpacked the replacement and checked it’s condition and took the previous damaged purchase away.Who could wish for any service better than this !.5 stars is not enough ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Superb service from start to finish. Starting with precise instructions how to use kit. Flexibility when I needed to extend hire. Plus an issue my end being a novice re using. But sorted asap, including a member of staff visiting to assist on site, after shop had closed.

Excellent. Every time I take a tool to them, no matter the brand or type, it comes back working like it's brand new. You may have to wait a couple of weeks for them to get to your job, but that is totally normal from my experience, and they are worth the wait. Reasonable pricing too. Thanks guys.

Being recommended here for Paslode servicing. From the initial call to collecting. I thought the process was flawless. Servicing both my Paslode's within 24hrs was a miracle.Apart from them gleaming, they haven't missed a single shot.Don't hesitate in using these guys for servicing. They provided me with a hired Paslode for half price as a good gesture.Thanks guys
