Excellent company who are a pleasure to deal with.

Oh wow, I've got the exact same story as previous reviewers - daughter bought a cup with her pocket money, cup lid broke, called up deluxebase who not only got a replacement out next day but threw in some other toys for her!I thought they might have made a mistake so i came to check reviews, sharp sales practices who knows etc etc but ..... no, nothing like that - they are actually just a really lovely company!!!

I recently purchased one of the lovely 3D flamingo water bottles from Deluxebase. Unfortunately there was a fault with the lid. I contacted the company and they replaced the product immediately. I could not be more impressed with the customer service I received from Deluxebase, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Both my daughters adore their 3D animal water bottles and couldn't wait to show them to friends and family.

My son bought a 3D cup with his pocket money and the rubber seal failed making it unuseable. I emailed Deluxebase and received a reply almost immediately. A replacement was sent out to us as well as some extra toys. My son is very pleased with them. Thank you.

My son bought a convertimals car and it broke. I emailed to ask for advice and got a response almost immediately with apologies and a promise to replace it. We received the new car and a few extra surprises which have made my little boy incredibly happy! I’m so impressed with their customer care; there was no blame or questioning what had happened like I have experienced with other companies before. I will happily purchase this brand again, knowing that support is available if needed. Thank you!
