I don’t often write reviews however I have used Richard at AJR on many occasions now for jobs both big and small, from a new boiler to a replacement tap. Richard is knowledgable and reliable. I found his price to be very competitive and his honestly in advising me when things do not need his attention was very reassuring. I would happily recommend Richard to anyone, in fact my Mum now has him on speed dial.

We contacted AJR Services as we had a water leak at my elderly mother's house. We suspected this to be coming from the upstairs shower room but could not identify where, as all of the pipework was embedded behind a tiled wall.Richard attended very promptly & located a couple of problems, which were caused by a very shoddy installation by a plumber that we had used a number of times previously.He managed to replace the leaking pipe in the wall by removing only one 300x550mm tile, which was amazing as we had expected everything would have to come off.Richard replaced the tile (using a spare that we had thankfully kept) which was a job in itself as it needed a hole to be cut-out around the shower pipe. After this was finished it was impossible to tell that any work had been done.A first-class job by a very professional, reliable & friendly tradesman, who will definitely be our 'go-to' plumber in future.

I used AJR Services to fit a new macerator in my bathroom and replace taps and a new radiator. I am very impressed with the work carried out and would recommend this company to anyone looking to have plumbing services of any kind undertaken.

Used AJR services to refit my downstairs cloakroom and bathroom. They did an amazing job, were very efficient and were very reasonably priced. Everything was completed to a high standard and they left everywhere clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend and would just them again in the future.

Richard fitted a new shower enclosure and mixer rail for us. Worked to a very high standard, left everything clean and tidy and a friendly guy to chat to! Very happy :-)

We had a leak in our underfloor heating controls. We contacted AJR services and received excellent service. They identified the problem to be the Thermomixer valve. They even contacted heating suppliers to source spares parts for us. They fixed the leak in no time at all. Great communication, extremely reliable and very thorough. Definitely recommend.

In my experience, AJR services are great. We used Rich to install a Hive heating system which is fab, he services our boiler annually and has fitted a new shower too. Really great service and he’s very reliable and communication is good too. Rich also built a fantastic new decked patio for us which looks very modern and has finished our garden off beautifully. I would recommend AJR for all household jobs…Rich really knows what he’s doing!

Richard is our “go to” plumber now, unlike you so many trades you come across he is very professional, responsive, trustworthy and fairly pricedCould not recommended him highly enough
