I still can't believe what a difference Pentony's C- Section Recovery Programme made to me both in terms of pain reduction and improved mobility of my scar.I recommend this to anyone post surgery, and i think they too will be really surprised at just how much manual therapy can help them.This therapy is so powerful and important it should be offered to all women to ensure the proper rehabilitation of their body postpartum and C-Section delivery.

Great treatment session and very good at her job

Pentony is one of a kind. This is the second time I have seen her, each time for post c-section recovery and scar work. Each time I have been amazed at the improvements I’ve seen in only a few sessions! She has magical hands! She has worked on my c section scar which had caused me a lot of pain and issues with mobility. With gentle soft tissue massage, scar release, fascia work as well as giving advice on home stretches and maintenance, I have seen a huge improvement. I can now work out without struggling, my scar is much softer and more supple and I can stand up straight! She is always very professional, very charismatic and makes you feel at ease. She is extremely knowledge and makes you feel like you can 100% trust her. She truly is wonderful and amazing at what she does. 100000% recommend her!
