Peter served me at the Vanguard site at Staples corner. He delivered exceptional customer service and made the whole omboarding process easy, quick and effortless for me.He explained how things were going to work very clearly and answered all my questions.He was entertaining and very helpful. When he saw me struggle to carry some items he came over to me to give me a hand.Definitely the best customer service I have experienced compared to Yellow and Access storage.I hope Vanguard value him and takes care of him. He's a great guy.

I was served by assistant RAVI, he had so much patient and went the extra mile of staying 4hrs just to help me get a van to take all my stuff as I was so stranded and stressed.he helped arrange my stuff, encouraged me, he is exemplary human being. I would like to nominate him for and award or anything the company can give him to boost his morale. A great ambassador for the company.

I’m impressed and glad I went for Vanguard. I chose this company due to it’s lowest offer compared to other companies around but aside from that they also have a very helpful team and s pristine store.Shout out to Ravi for answering all my queries and making all the transactions with them all smooth flowing. Also for Peter for his sense of humour, both helping me effectively in collecting my stuff.Their man and van is superb, made my life so easier. They picked up all my things and they took care of my stuff all without additional fees. Love how insanely smooth the process went.

Moving made easy. After speaking with Ravi on the phone then meeting Titus in person we knew our search for a storage place was over, they were both absolutely fantastic. Peter turned up on time to load the van and was so helpful with the move, it seemed effortless. Incredible value for money and I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Excellent service from start to finish.I would like to single out: Ravi for his patience and time in discussing the various prices and options with me, clearly, by e-mail and phone;Titus and Samantha for their patience and flexibility as I sought to ensure the best possible deal and fully understand the contract terms and conditions;and Peter, the driver, who was friendly, punctual when arriving at my home and helpfully assisted -- from start to finish -- with loading and unloading my items.The facility is clearly brand new, well built and clean, the price options are competitive and the staff --- who responded promptly to my e-mail inquiries -- were all very supportive. This made all the difference during what has been a fairly stressful move. The flexibility and competitive nature of the with prices, and the nature and location of the facility, ultimately sealed the deal in my choosing Vanguard Staples Corner.I have already recommended Vanguard Staples Corner to others.

We rented from abroad as we were shipping our house contents over - communication was easy and they helped sort everything when our logistics people arrived.Fair prices, new building - a bit of a strong paint smell but I guess that will fade in time.Best part is honestly the staff - very friendly and helpful, not jobsworths!
