Wonderful lady. Super personable. Very clever and incredibly talented. Put our mums at ease instantly and helped them not only pick their shoes but design a bespoke hat just for them. Excellent milinary skills and even better personal skills. Who could want for anything more

I have been to Katie a number of times and each time she has not only is she professional, knowledgable and keen to create, but her work is second to none. She produces beautiful items of high quality and with a creative flair. So far she has made 2 bespoke hats for me as well as a bridal hairpiece using lace from my wedding dress which was exceptional. She also made hairpieces for the bridal party and a bespoke hat for my Mum. I cannot wait to get my next Katie Vale hat, she is one of a kind

Katie made not only my stunning headpiece for my wedding but my 3 bridesmaids and my mums fascinator. They were simply the icing on the cake that completed our outfits. Each one was custom to suit our dresses, she listened to what we wanted but produced something more beautiful than I could have described. Could not recommend her enough, whatever the event she will make something perfect for the occasion

Amazing shop with so many options for accessories! It's choosing one which is often the issue! Also brilliant for allowing colour customisation to designs, so that it works perfectly with an outfit. Love love love going and exploring and having fun.

I have bought my wedding shoes from Katie - the service from sending my Instagram first message to purchasing the shoes in store was absolutely excellent. She couldn’t have been more accommodating - ordering in styles I liked, providing honest opinions and being very communicative throughout. Couldn’t recommend Katie enough!
