My relative needed help renting out a property so I got in touch with Liberty letting. All the staff were so helpful Sam was very knowledgeable, Jade and Ali were always on hand to help if Sam wasn’t in the office. Highly recommend them as we had no clue what we were doing.

Shame this letting agent has changed hands. The new management doesn't seem to be as transparent. I would advise prospective tenants to be cautious.

My property has been with them for nearly 3 weeks now and it's still not on rightmove, they don't answer their phones nor return messages.

Having lived in wales for 10 years decided it was time to return home so decided to have a look on the rental market. I found a lovely little place in benfleet and contacted liberty lettings, explaining my situation. they was able to accommodate to my needs allowing me to return to wales to finalise things there. A professional company who kept me informed throughout the process keeping the stress levels down. On moving day I was greeted by Samantha for key exchange, all utility bills had been changed over into my name. The contract / safety check was present and correct allowing me to just move in"Fortunately I haven't had any problems with the property so minimum contact.
