Dr McCartan is an exceptional doctor and the staff at RFM are great!

Nothing but great things to say about all the staff at Riverfront Medical. My family of 5 plus elderly grandparents get excellent care when we need it.

Don't no how to answer the phone. Line busy the past half an hour. I have rang over 65 times. Absolute joke

I cannot give a scathing enough review of the treatment by the receptionists, from being overtly obstructive to requesting confidential information in the foyer of a busy practice. Simply not acceptable. As a psychologist, I can fully appreciate compassion fatigue but I think they need some training on how to recognise themselves.

In the last 6 months I have been trying to contact them before 11AM by phone. The phone is always busy. Each time I try a dozen times. I never experienced this amount of neglect ever in my life. Truly shocking indeed.

Been suffering with tonsillitis for the past 4 days now. Called them yesterday over 130 times and managed to get through to a receptionist today, asked for my DoB and hung up.

3 nice drs (daly, breslin and another male dr), 1 awful one (rodgers) the rest are just ok, and 1 nice receptionist (jenny)...however poor service and care, which when you have a medical condition is kind of a big deal, embarassing to walk into a chemist because they roll their eyes when you say Riverfront, been hung up on the phone when I asked to wait until I stepped out of my classroom on numerous occassions, the nurse practitioner only agreed to listen to my symptoms when I started crying, neurologists are shocked at the fact I was told my results were fine when they were dangerously low. Oh and my dad rung up for an appointment oh we thought you had died because you hadnt been in so long

An oap, new to this practice in the past year.I've found their system, in a time of Covid, works very well.Receptionists have been really helpful, callbacks from doctors timely and I was seen face-to-face really quickly.Treatment has given me great confidence in my care going forward.

At this time there is seating for 4 patients attending for Appointments. Staff are helpful. Good to see Dr Brendan Rogers return after he was struck down with Covid 19. A delight to see David Healy work in the Medical Reception Office. A very able gentleman, who gets the job done. No fuss! The practice also has Sean Mac Cafferty as Resident Pharmacist. Brilliant Staff and Doctor's. Though I do miss Dr Dermott Connolly, and Dr Michael Healy both now retired. I must also mention the great team who look after our bloods and dressings etc headed by Sister Gunn. A fantastic lady, with a smile that radiates with genuine warmth.
