PROtect Trade Frames

Just had a set of bi-fold doors installed by Nigel at PROtect. Great job, very quick and professional. They look really smart. I have used PROtect several times and can highly recommend.

New to the area we got recommendations for windows from a few trades people that had already worked on the property. We did not regret using this company. Nigel was clearly very knowledgeable- knows the regs inside out- but also his experience shines through. The level of workmanship is extremely high and PROtect were able to sort anything that stood in their way including repointing. The end product is stunning and there was no mess to clean up. We were left with the impression of total professionalism.

How do you choose a company to replace your windows? There are just so many coxboys out there. First of all, Protect Trade Frames already came with a strong professional recommendation. Secondly, we had a problem with our existing windows. Other companies had looked at them and told us e.g. to replace the seals or simply replace the whole lot. When Protect looked at our windows, they not only knew what the problem was, but were able to sort it out for us. They really know what they are talking about. When they replaced parts of our front porch, they listened, they suggested, and they helped us to work out a solution. Maybe punctuality is not their strongest point, but that it is because, like all good companies, they already have quite a lot of work, but it is worth the wait. I could not recommend them more highly.

When we were looking to replace our windows we visited several very impressive show rooms. A friend suggested we think about using PROtect instead, and we are so glad we took that advice. Very competitively priced products, knowledgeable staff and an absolutely super job of replacing the old doors with elegant streamlined sliding panes within the day. Would highly recommend this firm.
