West Midlands Travel Clinic (M&B Chemist)

I called M&B chemist in Coseley to book an appointment for a yellow fever vaccination. The person that answered the phone was very polite and took some information from me. I was told the pharmacist would call back in an hour. The pharmacist called back in less than 15 minutes. He asked a few more questions and I booked a appointment for the Monday after speaking to the pharmacist on the Friday. Upon arrival at the chemist we were shown into a private room, our details and information about what medication we are taking or if we have an allergies was noted.Aaron the pharmacist gave us the vaccine. The whole process was very quick, through and painless. He explained the process as he went along and gave good advice for as to take malaria tablets for our trip and that we need keep our certificate safe. I have no qualms recommending this chemist or Aaron. The chemist itself was very clean and the staff polite. There is a car park opposite which is free for 3 hours. Definitely a 5 star.

We have used Millard & Bullock chemist for all our daughters travel vaccines, all the staff have been very friendly and extremely helpful. Aran was very knowledgeable with what vaccines she would need for her trip and explained every step of the procedure. Highly recommended

I attended for some travel vaccines and the service was wonderful. I spoke with several staff members on the phone to organise my appointment and was met with kindness and helpful advice. The vaccination process itself was also great. The pharmacist made me feel calm and was friendly and informative.

We both dislike needles and the pharmacist was amazing. He was very gentle and I hardly noticed the needle. He was also thorough and answered any questions we had. Would definitely go there again for any vaccinations. Thank you for making it so easy.
