I recently had to have repairs undertaken on my carbon road bike frame after an accident. I emailed Fibre-Lyte about the possibility of repair and from there the contact with Stephen has been of an exemplary level of service. Stephen was found to be friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful in explaining that the bike frame could be repaired, and how, and provided a quotation for the necessary repairs. The bike was booked in, then a short period of time later I got an email to say the bike frame was ready to be collected, so duly went to collect it and paid my bill which was cheaper than quoted (no painting involved).I cannot fault the service of Fibre-Lyte, they are excellent to deal with. Now I just need to choose a colour to respray my bike and it's like new again! Thank you Stephen and John (fixer guru).
