Well what can we say. Fabulous service from beginning to end. Bobby and Heather were super efficient helping us on the bed machine which is an amazing piece of equipment to help find the correct mattress. Once we had decided all the paper work was done with a nice coffee as well. Our last bed is only 3 years old and bought from a rival company and has been the worst bed in 50 years, only bought from them because they were open in Covid. Highly recommend Dream's at junction 9.

Bobby, our advisor, provided excellent customer service, he was very welcoming & helpful . We tried the mattress testing machine which matches you to the perfect mattress for you. Our adviser offered drinks throughout our visit & offered us the recycled option of our old bed. Our advisor made every effect to make sure we had the best experience in store.

I brought an adjustable bed today for myself and couldn’t fault the service at all, I had a lovely lady called Lisa that talked me through everything I needed to know and any questions I had she was able to answer, they also had a service where you can get the right mattress for your needs all by measurements and weight it was brilliant. I left a very happy customer and would recommend to anybody that wants a new bed to go there.

Excellent experience at Dreams!! We went to the retail park on the bank holiday and in every other store we went to Sales staff were practically chasing us around. In Dreams however, Heather and the rest of the staff treated us like actual people instead of a potential sale, they spent the time to listen to us, found exactly what we needed, let us try out different mattresses without hovering around us. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Was greeted with the most welcoming and friendly team. Slim who assisted us was a very nice guy who took us around the whole store and provided us with the information that we needed. We was provided with a hot chocolate which I believe was a very nice touch and a was shown all the different type's of bed frames that suited us. When trying to find our perfect mattress we were put on the dream mattress machine which was a brilliant invention and it really helped us find that perfect mattress for me and my partner. And then while actually going on a few different mattresses we were provided with a pillow which just really made us feel comfortable while trying to find the best mattress for ourselves. Thank-you to Slim and his team for giving us a brilliant experience and helping us find our dream bed!

My wife and I visited Dreams at Wednesbury J9 Superstore on Friday 25/08/2023 and were served by Ellie who was extremely polite, helpful and made us feel very welcome. We were delighted with the range of beds on offer and found exactly what we wanted. Ellie explained everything to us clearly about our purchase and we couldn't be happier.
