Visited today. Had a shredfast session. My first time here. Great location, all the staff really friendly and helpful and the session itself was high energy, hard work and a great all round fitness session. Had to dig deep, but no point coming if u want it easy. After my session had a nice sauna and to finish off had a Flat white coffee and a power ball snack. Set up for the weekend now. Cheers Guys. Be back soon.

Been going to yoga here for the past 6 months.Staff and yoga teachers are so warm and welcoming.They position you correctly as well which I like so not to injure yourself and get the best out of the practice.It's a very friendly atmosphere.Like one big happy community x x x

Excellent free parking across the road, I think there are about 40 spaces on the spur of a disused road. It does get full but I parked easily late afternoon and left my car there for three days. We were told of a paying car park very close but never needed it.The apartments were quiet for us apart from road noise but not loud people as the area is quiet. My own apartment had a problem with the window locks but, generally they seemed modern, well laid out and clean. Only one lift but we had no problems. 10 to 15 minute walk to city centre and you pass some nice bars and restaurants on the way. We read reports of a loud fitness centre below us but we never heard them. Lucky I guess. The few people we met were all friendly and helpful.

As other reviews here have mentioned they blast music at 6am waking the people who live above. They have no concern for any of these people and refuse to turn the music down.

I have lived above this gym for years now only for them to become a nightmare. They have now rebranded and offering shred fast and constantly can hear there music in the building and banging of weights. Residents have complained with no change if you go here you are part of causing people stress

Constantly disturbing residents in the building with ridiculously loud music and ignoring completely warranted complaints. This is peoples homes and lives, you’re ruining quality of life for people here. I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t be happy to be woken up at 6am with music blasting so loud it makes the floor shake; so why do you think it’s acceptable or okay for residents to have to put up with it in their home? Turn the music down to an acceptable volume. It’s really not that hard. Shred the music fast.

Attended this place for years when it was just known as Liverpool yoga studios now shred fast has taken over. you're just bombarded with loud music and the sound of weights constantly being slammed on the floor. Don't know who let these money hungry bandits take over.

Live above this place and they have no regard for the tenants living above. From 6am till late all everyone hears is banging and loud music. There are families in the building and their disregard is disgusting. They have had complaint after complaint and absolutely no resolution.
