It was a bit of a longshot looking in here for a hi-vis vest for my brother's fancy dress costume but still managed to find one, staff were helpful too

Like this shop very much, but today, the woman on the front of desk was absolutely impolite. Other staff was friendly but looks overworked.Was today, at about 12.00-14.00

Judy made our shopping experience that much better, her outstanding personality and charisma shone through as she was supporting us at the checkouts. We feel that she is an absolute credit to the company and store and would like to think that she will be rewarded for her outstanding customer services. Staff are helpful and friendly.Happy as able to find what I need at a reasonable price or at a nice sale price.A wide range of sports wear and casual wear which is great.Would recommend this decent sized branch in the local area.

Staff bully other staff members to the point of where my 18 year old daughter came home and said the manager" said he would "chin her" and then said he was joking! My daughter asked for a transfer to another store which she had previously worked at and the same manager then made such a fuss to the other stores manager he had no choice but to refuse to take her on! Right on top of Xmas! Eltham manager also told my daughter he was refusing to take her written notice until I stepped in and told my daughter she had placed it in his hand and we was leaving! The last weekend my daughter had no choice but TO get me to call in sick because she was actually scared of how the last shifts would go and how she would be treated I'm sorry but NO ONE least of all an 18 year old should be facing bullying in the workplace specially by a grown man who intimidated her! Sports direct sort out ur management!"

Kay was helpful directing me to where I could find my intended purchase, and the Charming and Capable Company of Kay, Mollie and Hollie on the front desk made the somewhat mundane whole transaction experience most pleasant. Bravo ... I just might come back again!

Stopped in for a more comfortable pair of shoes before my flight home and Anderson was so helpful! Poor bloke had to go back and forth many times before we found a pair that fit, but he was so nice about it. Everyone was so helpful - will definitely be back next time I'm in town!

It’s not made clear enough on the no refund policy. Myself and another customer came in and both were asking for a refund on our items and weren’t told before there wasn’t a refund policy in place it’s only exchange or a credit note. This is evident it’s not made clear at the time of purchase that items are not refundable.The other customer (male and English) was able to get a refund after making a compliant but I (female, heavily pregnant and of minority race) was not able to get the refund which was very unfair and discrimination.I will not be shopping here again and was not a regular customer in the first place which is also why the policy was not known to me. But the sheer fact that one customer was offered the refund and I wasn’t is extremely unacceptable and a clear lack of customer care and inclusion.
