Lovely place and the people are very helpful as well as understanding. I went there to get my bike punctured fixed and they did that within 10 minutes. It's very cost effective and do extra things without any extra cost. Recommended this for all my bike needs. Must look out here if have any bike issue.

Excellent service. Very friendly place. My bike needed a new derailier, which was out of production, a new sprocket, and brake cables. They managed to source the parts, and my bike is like new!

Busy Saturday morning and willing to test ride my new to me e-bike, this to work out why the assistance motor wasn't kicking in. Kindly introduced me to a new button that I hadn't learnt of in the manual! Great customer service.

This has come leaps and bounds since it's inception. The two or three times I've gone to the project, they've been amazing. They've also responded well by phone and email. They help on different levels: if you just want your bike fixed, they can. And more than that, they'll do so affordably for reasons to do with what else they do.They train and help people. This seems either like a youth programme, or a vocational educational programme, or both? Either way, it has different things. It has rejuvenated bikes, that they've been donated, or offered. It has new bikes, and very good ones indeed. I've not bought from them. But I have had bikes fixed, and I've also donated entire bikes for free.I really hope people support them, by using them, or donating, or buying.

Excellent service and highly transparent about the costs. 10/10 highly commendable work being done here. They've repaired my bike countless times, done fittings & repairs for free, whilst only charging for parts. Undoubtedly the best bike shop I've ever visited.

After an initial mistake (seems my phone number was taken incorrectly) they really did a lot to help me out. Great repairs, bike works great - and moved mountains to stay inside my budget whilst still delivering a decent, safe, bike. Even remembered my face and which bike was mine without having to ask. Bravo.

They help vulnerable kids by giving them useful skills in how to fix pushbikes. A really good charity where you can have your bike fixed for a low amount.

This is a fantastic initiative and I was very keen to support it. We bought a second hand bike for £80 which was in good repair but old, and when fitted with new cables and tuned up, it was an excellent purchase. The staff were friendly and helpful, and clearly interested int he greater good. Looking forward to the end of lockdown when we can attend the open workshops to be skilled up by your team

These guys are excellent. It's a great project, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I bought a really cool bike from them which had been fixed up and was about half the price that it would have been new. Can't recommend them enough!
