Worst customer service in history since this company was bought out by private equity! They clearly haven't a clue on service or products! Very unfortunate this company will go down the tubes having once been great a family business!

LIVE MOTHS in a packet, emailed 3 weeks ago, emailed again the other day, they've blocked my email address...Someone needs to go do an inspection ASAP!

I was disgusted with the response from east end food, I feel they don’t take customer complaints as a high priority as I had contacted them severel times to get a response. WAS GIVEN cheque for £8 was a kick in the teeth as the product cost more than that. I had no response from them. I will now be buying products from there competitor as they have put me off your brand, I hope they do not treat other customers with no respect and lack of urgencyA begruntled customer

I have made 1000s of deliveries, but this place has to be by far the worst I have ever been to. An absolute unprofessional, total shambles and a utter timewaste.Their own drivers obviously take priority but after being loaded, the refuse to wait elsewhere to make it possible for others to load or tip.The forklift drivers only operate at a snail's pace and have regular breaks( every 10 minutes).After passing my feedback in person I was spoke to be a manager who's intelegence and common sense lacked significantly.As a supplier driver delivering your products I expect to be treated a lot better. In future I refuse to deliver here.

We have been very disappointed with the hygiene of your East End Tamarin'd product. Unfortunately the item contained half a dozen dead insects and human hair. Please see photograph provided. We have always tried to buy your product because we thought it was better than other makes on the market.I think you need to re-reconsider the hygiene for your Tamarind product. I will now have to look closely at other products we have already bought under your name and consider whether we continue to buy your brand. Zero stars for this product.

Spoke to Jay on the phone and he was very rude. He showed poor customer service skills and he slamed the phone when the conversation was over. These guys don't deserve customers.

The quality of their products is going downhill since the company was taken over. The owners have started to use lower grade products and still charging the higher prices. The chaki atta gold used to be fine and light which used to last a day in the fridge. However now it turns spotty after a few hours. Plus it's very grainy and not as soft as it should be.Alot of my family members have also noticed these changes. We are saddened that a great family company who stood for quality goods that you could trust has been sold to people who are lowering the quality and standards.Very disappointed with the quality and have switched to other brands.

dont have a heart to give 1 star to this dodgy style business technic nishaan bastimati rice bought on offer after cooking the resultwas not normalcheck thr package70% long grain rice and 30%basmati rice. it shouldn't be in basmati rice section must be placed else where. ruined the whole meal EASTEND FOODS no no for life
