Fruity Bouquets

Thank you for your wonderful platers of strawberries and chocolates prepared for me. They had an amazing effect on the people who received them!!! Everything was great, from the presentation, the card and not in the last place the taste! The size of the strawberries was huge!!! I will not only come back for more but also recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you.

It's about time I wrote this. I had made a contract as of February this year with his company. I was very excited to order the trio towers for my wedding (Which we had in May). I didn't have a whole lot of conformation from the company on the orders or delivery times, nothing. On May 20th (my wedding day) we had no tower. No cakes cookies nothing. Id like to say it ruined my wedding day but I decided to enjoy the day regardless. The hotel was very much kind enough to go out and buy us a Krispy cream tower as a replacement. Something they should not have had to do were it to show up! I had my dad who was meant to be enjoying himself, phoning them 5-6 times throught the evening and myself a few times as well and no reply. Only to find out they are closed on Saturdays! Assuming this is when the majority of Thier deliveries are you think they would have someone available. We finally got hold of the manager a few days later and she continued her investigation. She then said it was an issue with ups and that there was nothing they could do as it would then put of pocket £450! Then putting the blame on me for changing the delivery date on an app I don't have and a day that's not my wedding. I explained that citizens advice have told us that the refund is needed as our contract is with them not ups. This argument went on for about 4months before finally we went to smalls claims court and they finally gave in plus compensation. I am glad that this is over and done with and can finally post this review.

This review is for the Newport shop rather than this one but I am sure it applies!I ordered a basket and asked for it to delivered to a friend's house in Newport in the evening. The bouquet had then to be transported from Wales, via an overnight stop to South Devon.I explained all of this as I was concerned that the fruit would not remain fresh.I needn't have worried!It was delivered, beautifully wrapped, exactly on time and having kept it in a cool environment, it was still perfect for the party where it was the star of the show!Fantastic service - well recommended

Had the strawberry bouquet today for my Daughters birthday and it was lush.Strawberries were sweet and juicy (even though it’s not strawberry season, October). The chocolate was stunning as well, think it’s Belgian, nice quality. Very happy!

Such a awful company. I would not rate their service at all.I specifically asked for a delivery date which was a Saturday. I understand now that the company do not deliver on a Saturday. But as per their own terms and conditions they are meant to contact me 48 hours before hand to inform me they cannot deliver on the selected date.I was not contacted at all and they tried to deliver my parcel on a wednesday when it was a gift to give someone on the weekend. Why would I want fresh strawberries on a wednesday when they are meant to be gifted on a sunday? I contacted the company and was advised they tried to contact me across two days but no missed calls or messages left. I offered to provide call logs from my provider but my emails have been ignored. Appalling service do not buy from here. I am out of pocket and have no product. In addition to this my emails have been ignored because they lied!

Thank you so much Leanne and the team at FB.Even though there was an issue with the courier on Christmas Eve,Leanne was not going to let that stop me having my order which she delivered to me by hand.We so appreciate that as Christmas Eve must have been very busy for you .Will definitely be ordering again, very very pleased, great service.

We had a 7 tier assortment of strawberries/ marshmallows/ brownies for our wedding day. They not only looked spectacular but tasted divine too! Many of our guests made comment on the quality. They especially liked the cute bride and groom strawberries on top. I look forward to an excuse to use fruity bouquet again. Highly recommended.
