I had a great experience here. I originally contacted the Edinburgh branch as I stay close by, however after receiving no real interest or effort from them, decided to contact the Glasgow branch. Sammy was excellent. I felt he gave very honest and helpful advice and went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I left with a van I am very happy with and perfectly suits my needs. I had a minor issue the day I left with the van and found their after sales to be excellent too. Sorting the problem for me very efficiently. I would highly recommend this branch of Van Monster.

Picked up my new van from van monster in Glasgow today. All the staff there are fantastic, i mainly dealt with Sammy, very professional and helpful. I would definitely use and recommend them in the future.

I Bought a van off them! Broke down within an hour on my home from Glasgow! They fixed the van 2 weeks later. 20 thousand miles later the same fault turbo had gone again, took it to the garage and was told they hadn’t done a good proper job fixing it.Would I use them again definitely not they just washed there hands and said it’s not our fault. All very nice when you want to buy a van but customer service is rubbish.

Never bought anything but got really good service and help from one of the sales guys.So different from some of the archetypal, brash and surly car salesmen I met during a week of hunting for a van.Will definitely have no hesitation to buy from them in future .. top marks...

we waiting for a new van from April and never delivery .. what in earth is happening .... ??? My husbands keep calling to see what if we can hear something NY CHANCE TO HAVE OUR VAN .. THEY KEEP SAYING WE CALL U BACK NEVER CALL BACK WORST COMPANY SHAME ???

Returned to pick up my 2nd van from Van Monster. Didnt consider going anywhere else. Happy to say I received the same excellent service as I got when I purchased the van that I used as a trade in this time. Loads of Van's and specs to choose from with a 6 month/10k warranty thrown in for peace of mind.
