We worked closely with Coffee Cup Equipment for a number of years pre-covid and always experienced a fantastic and responsive service, so when trade started getting back to normal for us we were keen to work with them again. Mike got everything set up super quickly, really helpful in advising the right machine for our business and have been as great as I remember them being. Thanks guys!

We’ve been renting both coffee machine and grinders for over 12 years. Absolutely fabulous service throughout. Very quick response to any problems we’ve had, arriving in good time to get us up and running again, or talking us through issues over the phone.

We are very happy with our machine and grinder rented from Coffee Cup Equipment. It's such a relief to know that if we have an issue, they will sort it out. We've only ever had one minor problem with the machine and it was resolved within hours of us asking, really great service and friendly engineers. Highly recommend!

Coffee Cup Equipment have been really helpful with any problem we have, they are fast to reply and have engineers out as soon as they can, including weekends which is key for hospitality businesses. Mike is always at the end of the phone if I need anything. I would definitely recommend them.

Coffee Cup Equipment are an excellent company (if only every company we dealt with were like this!) They offer great and speedy service - in our experience of dealing with them, in the few times we'd needed in-person help with our machines they arrive very quickly. Their team offer barista training and they've also shown us how to calibrate our grinder etc and given us useful coffee making tips. Andy and Mike know about great services. Five stars.

After the amazing service we always receive, this review is just to hilight what a great job Paul does ! His service is impeccable, always friendly and happy and goes out of his way to make us feel like valued customers. Also he was extremely efficient installing the machine and took the time to tune the grinder and go over machine settings with me, which he does every time no matter how often I ask.
