We represented 4 co-defendants on the same case and instructed Language Excel to provide Interpreters and translation of documents back in August. What I am impressed about is that they assigned 4 different interpreters for 4 defendants, the same interpreter takes care of the same defendant every single time. We didn’t have to worry about conflict of interest when it came to their trial. In fact one of the 4 interpreters was called on the day of trial to give evidence about a document that she translated. I’m very impressed about the way you work and your conduct.

As a Bulgarian interpreter, I received clear instruction for the booking & they sort out the payment so quickly with the correct amount. I am a Thai linguist and have been working with Language Excel for almost a year now. It has been such a pleasure to work with them! Language Excel is extremely professional; efficient communication and collaboration, straightforward, respectful and have understanding for their translators and interpreters. They know in general as how much time a translator would need to translate and check lengthly documents, in which the translator can provide quality work. The interpreting bookings are also dealt with clear details. I also really appreciate the fair and fast payment.

I cannot recommend this agency enough! Friendly, professional, efficient. I have never worked with another agency that pays within minutes of sending the invoice or in one working day tops. If they are treating their interpreters well, I bet they do the same with their clients.
