Jade was brilliant and brought life and shape back to my curly hair, cutting it with layers, just how I wanted, with a wonderfully relaxing head massage to start, thank you! Such a lovely salon, a hidden gem just near Northolt station, looking forward to my next visit!

Visited Aura for the first time last week. And it was the best experience ever. I’ve been going to the same hairdresser for years and thought I was taking a risk by going to a new salon. Megan cut my hair and she was so patient with me. I was so indecisive about the style I wanted and she never complained or made me feel like a bother. Possibly the first time I came out of a salon and genuinely, 100% loved the look. Will definitely recommend and be going back again :)

First time at Aura yesterday. Fantastic experience. Finally got the haircut I've always wanted. Jade really listened to me. Got so many compliments. Enjoyed my massage cup of tea and biscuits. All round fully recommended 10/10 friendly, clean, Fantastic customer service.Will definitely go again

Jade squeezed me in the day after an at home hair disaster and she was amazing! She knew exactly how to correct my hair and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The salon is gorgeous and I would recommend Jade and her team to everyone.

The place is so beautiful, I will always get my balayage done there. There’s so much variety that you could get done and the online booking is so easy to use. Jade is amazing, she’s got so much experience and you can see it in her work, it’s so impressive how she can make an idea appear in reality exactly how you pictured it. Staff are so welcoming and lovely to have conversations with.

The color came out vibrant and perfectly matched what I had envisioned. The haircut was precisely what I needed, and their attention to detail really showed. Went to Aura Hair London for the first time after hearing great things about them. I was very pleased with the service they provided me as my hair had been done with perfection, exactly the way I wanted it, thanks to Coco and Belle (or Bell) doing an amazing job. I would highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone who wants to make changes to their hair, and I will definitely be coming again in the future.
