Quite confusing as I always rated it highly and I like supporting reuse ideas. But used Nintendo Mario Bross games look like are £8 more then new ones at retail shops. Not blaming staff at all as quick search on CEX website confirm the price is set on their online shop also. But seriously £45 for used game we can get new in pcworld for 37? Out of touch.

Staff were very friendly, the young lady that served me was very polite and checked my ps2 games for scratches.Came to this store from the directions off the other cex store, where a guy checked the laptop and found a mastersystem game I was needing at this store.All done with a smile & felt like I wasn't being a hindrance, even though I had him check for a few titles. Well pleased. Here's my purchases.

Staff really helpful - would have given 5 stars, but there were a few 'after sales' issues. I wasn't given the PIN number for the second hand laptop I bought so had to dash back to shop at 4pm on a Sunday to get it before I flew to Madrid...god knows how I would have obtained the PIN once I had left the country because there is no direct telephone number or email for individual shops. I made it as they were pulling the shutters down - got the PIN.Also, the CEX Microsoft account in Windows should really have been deleted and the computer reset at the point of purchase for security.The actual laptop is fantastic, and bought for a very good price.

Absolute joke, drove 40 miles to buy a laptop only to be told the boss took it home last night to play with it, If that was any other member of staff they would be sacked for theft. Good job i didnt pay it online to collect, Boss never updated stock to say it was booked out .Will NEVER use CEX again. Cant even call them to ask anything. The boss of leith should be sacked

Bought multiple bits of hardware (headphones and controllers) that were faulty but it’s a great shop for games, prices can be high but good wee shop
