Mike was extremely helpful and knowledgable right from the start. He made room in his busy week to fit us in so we would have a fully serviced and working hot tub in time for my husbands birthday the following week!Would not hesitate to recommend and will absolutely be using Mike for all future services.

Ordering a spa for an allocated space in my garden was not an easy thing to do, many companies were not wanting to help but luckily I chose Mike at Ambient Spas who looked at a video I sent and was up for the challenge, nothing was too difficult for Mike and his Team to get the spa down 5 steep levels of my garden on a very very wet day!! Thank you for the amazing service provided!!! I would definitely recommend these guys good luck to you all and have a wonderful Christmas.

My wife and I had lots of quotes and lots of people wasting our time about moving our hot tub from our old house to our new house. However, as soon as we contacted Mike at ambient spas, that totally changed our experience. Mike handled our enquiry from start to finish explaining how it works and what to expect etc. Top quality service, would highly recommend.

Met Ambient at Cheshire show. Got great advise from Mike with no hard sell. We followed up after the show and purchased a new tub, not one displayed at the show, after much discussion around getting the tub to the rear of our property due to restrictive access. Ambient have also been very accommodating with regard delivery after we had to change the date a number of times. Well today was the day. The guys arrived right on time and have installed the tub, given very thorough demonstration and have left the area spotless. All told I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

After many months of delays and broken promises from a Wellis dealer, we contacted Mike in early May this year.He managed to source us an Aspen Venetia that was far superior in build quality than the Wellis tub we had been let down on many times, AND it was around £1500 cheaper. Win win!So we enquired early May, ordered & deposit paid on May 24th and delivered and set up on the 26th June.Unbelievable turnaround and we are delighted with the tub and the service and aftercare that Mike has provided. If I have any problems or questions he's only a message away, even on a Friday night when I got an airlock after my first time draining/refilling.I recommend them 100%Thanks Mike!

Shrivelled up….. we cannot keep out of our new hot tub. It’s wonderful!From just visiting in the show room to installation to after care, the guys at Ambient Spa were nothing short of fabulous!We love the black marbled effect as well of the inside of the tub, just great, really makes the water sparkle!Highly recommended ⭐️Thank You
