There seems to be a distinct lack of good old customer care in the car industry these days. Most modern dealers claim to look after their customers, when in fact you're just another number. At Harwoods Bentley however, good old customer service lives on, and thankfully for the better. Their level of attention to detail is to be commended. A comprehensive explanation of all work that needed doing was sent as a video, but then backed up with a phone call. There was no pressure to do any work, and there was even a suggestion that a small service was better than a big service because of how little we've used our car over the past two years. When you buy a luxury car you expect a good level of care, but they went above any beyond to make us feel valued as a Bentley customer. Hugely recommended !!

We visited Bentley Sussex to look at a Bentley GT. At the end of the visit we had quietly bought one. Simon Huxford made the experience a real pleasure. He assisted me through the buying of the car seamlessly, and has also been very responsive post sale as I looked for some extras. The whole team at Bentley appear to be very focused on service and going the extra mile for their customers. Overall a very pleasant experience and I love my new car.

My Bentley has just returned from its annual service and yet again Harwoods Bentley have romped home with aplomb. My Brother and I have been acquiring Bentleys, Range Rovers and Jaguars from Harwoods for around 30 years with never a single complaint. Neil has been personally attending to our Bentleys all that time, and the only reason I give five stars is that I’m not able with Google reviews to give Neil six. When Neil says it needs doing, do it, when he says it will be fine, he is always right. You might think using a main agent is more expensive than the specialist independent, but often not actually, and in our experience it is worth every penny, as you can rely on their ability to do it absolutely right, and we wouldn’t seek any one else. The most important thing regarding cars is trust in the people with which you deal, and with Harwoods, our trust in them is implicit.

I recently bought a vehicle from Bentley Sussex (5 months ago) and wanted to say thank you to the whole team that dealt with the sale through to the support thereafter.Simon was very accommodating during the initial road test and purchase. The grand unveiling on the forecourt was amazing.I cant commend Hayley in the service department enough, I bought an approved car that wasn't in fact a Bentley. The car has since needed to have a few niggly things rectified and nothing has been too much trouble. Hayley has kept me in the loop throughout and ensured anything that needed to be done was in good time and communicated throughout.Its really refreshing to have such brilliant aftercare, too often once you drive off the forecourt the backup disappears as well. Hayley is a credit to your company!I would highly recommend Bentley Sussex, They have been amazing to deal with. 5 Star service!
