It’s been tough, but I’ve done it. I’ve just finished my last year of secondary school while also doing my preparation for the C1 exam. This wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Heather, an amazing English teacher.Classes with Heather were definitely thought out. On our first meeting, she asked what I struggled with and what my strengths were, so as to create a plan that would work best for me. She is very committed and passionate about her work, which shines through the screen in our online classes. But the most remarkable quality about her teaching is her capacity to adapt to the student’s needs. Even though she plans her classes, she can easily adapt to any issues that might come up.If it hadn’t been for our classes, I wouldn’t be able to write this review so smoothly. Not only have I learnt about writing skills, but also tools for the other exams that are extremely useful, such as doing the Use of English part as fast as possible, in order to move on quickly to the Reading part, which takes more time. Moreover, my grammar has improved a lot since our first lesson. I can confidently say that Heather has given me the keys to be able to write on any kind of topic on any type of writing (essays, proposals, reports, reviews etc).I must say that the most recommendable aspect of Heather’s lessons (although it is not part of them) is just how easy it is to contact her whenever you have doubts; she is just one email away!.Lastly, there is nothing like having a private tutor. Having an expert focusing just on you and your concerns? Unbelievably good.

Heather is a super teacher. My goal was to improve my business english and now thanks to her lessons I'm able to present all type of project presentations in english.

I need to use English everyday as a working language. Specifically, I need to be correctly understood when explaining very detailed aspects of my job in meetings and also in technical documents.Heather prepares each lesson for your specific needs, wheter or not you highlight them or if she spots them. She has helped me to build the confidence I needed while improving my grammar, vocab, pronunciation and understanding of English in general. Thanks to her, I'm able to be easily understood without losing the accuracy I need for my job. And, as a side effect, I now enjoy films and podcasts in English more than ever.

I have had lessons with different English teachers and Heather is my favorite one.
