We had hired Beyond AV for an event at Crawfordsburn Scout Centre to screen our newly created films as part of our Junior Education Programme. They provided a fantastic LED wall with all of the AV needs and a PA system. Everything went without a hitch and Megan and Gary were professional and nothing was too much of a hassle. From communicating with Stuart to the set up, running of the event and the take down, we couldn't have been happier with how it all went. The screen was very impressive and was just what we needed.We would highly recommend Beyond AV to anyone.Thanks again!

Stuart (and team) has provided us with a superb service at our largest annual event for many years. Supplying and running the AV for a two-day conference with multiple seminars, lunches, awards and a gala dinner is a big undertaking. But, it’s always done with a calmness and an attention to detail that means we, as organisers, can trust that the AV is taken care of and it is one less thing for us to worry about. Sometimes we’ve thrown in a last minute request and it is always sorted with minimal fuss. Would definitely recommend for any event.

Stuart and his team provided AV support for our Dairy Council ‘Health Professional’ conference at W5 in March. The whole day went extremely smoothly with speakers online from Australia and France as well as those presenting in person. The service was friendly and professional right from the initial discussions to the event itself and providing the subsequent recordings. We had complete confidence in Stuart and knew we could rely on him to do a fantastic job, which he did!
