My wife and I were looking for a suitable vehicle which could carry my electric wheelchair in the rear. The staff were welcoming and, despite the fact that the Motability salesperson was on holiday, did their best to help us as much as possible. The particular car we went to look at was deeply tucked away in the pound but they dug it out for us with a smile while we enjoyed a coffee. Excellent experience.

My 2020 campervan was booked in for a failed door handle, but when I arrived I was told they could not do it under warranty because it was the conversion company's fault. Cue a back & forth with both companies refusing to take responsibility until the converters took it to VW themselves, where it sat for 3 weeks without being fixed. We had to cancel our summer getaway because of this.When I contacted Swansway, the staff I spoke to were extremely unhelpful & dismissive. I was fobbed off numerous times, being told it was in the workshop and then not hearing anything back for days. Eventually the conversion company collected it & the issue is fixed, however the van has come back dirty in & out, there were sweet wrappers on the floor & there is a mark in the paintwork that looks like someone has opened a door too close when parked (obviously there is no way we can prove they did this, but it wasn't there before)!I am extremely disappointed in the service & treatment we have received, and I won't be using Swansway Wrexham again.Avoid!

A wonderful experience with this garage. My T6 had an oil leak and was 'singing'. They surveyed, diagnosed and repaired it under warranty, and they supplied a courtesy vehicle once mine was in repair! It was great to find a garage whom knew what customer care is all about. From this experience, I have decided to take out a maintenance contract with them.

Our Van was brought in for routine service on a Friday morning, but by Friday evening we were informed that it needed new brakes. While this might seem simple enough, the problem is that the service center is not open on weekends. As a result, we lost a day's worth of work on Monday. To make matters worse, we were told on Monday evening that the van wouldn't be ready until Tuesday morning. It is now 1pm on Tuesday and the van still has not been returned to us. This has resulted in a significant loss of revenue for our company. My advice is to avoid this service center. Additionally, we are now questioning the need for a cambelt replacement at 60,000 miles and will be investigating this further. We will also be attempting to contact WV Wrexham for further information.

Having looked about for the ideal Van for a while we found it at Wrexham. Sarah was very helpful and did everything we asked to show us the vehicle remotely so that we could make one trip down to test drive & purchase in one go, confident that it would not be a wasted journey. Everything was sorted as planned. We found a minor bodywork issue after we bought the van, but Sarah was helpful & professional & arranged for it to be repaired locally to us. Thanks for the great service.

Sarah was extremely helpful in allAspects of my my purchase of my california 4motion. In particular because I live at the opposite end of the country and was purchasing ‘unseen’. She quickly sent me a video of the Cali and answered my very many questions promptlyI noticed a problem with the air conditioning as I drove off and returned and was immediately delay with and we were on our way within the hour to return to sussex with my lovely new california
