Very abrupt and so unwelcoming, failed my truck 3 times, only interested in your money, first MOT station I’ve come across were you have to reverse you truck on to the ramps, they don’t even offer you to reception room just make you wait outside, don’t waste your time or money with these guys, also very rude. Avoid.

I was an apprentice for 3 weeks before being let go (sacked) for not being able to contact their receptionist as I could of had Covid-19.I sat on the phone for over an hour waiting to get through and gave up. I was picked on and consistently being called “useless” as an apprentice when I’m there to learn.
