great variety of items well stocked. Could do with more counter staff, 3 customers in shop 1 guy serving while another guy was on the computer, he couldn't even speak and say someone will be with you shortly. Time spent in shop waiting 20 mins won't be back. Screwfix more professional in service.

very poor service, they hang up your calls without even listening to you, the lady on the phone is very very rude, wanted to give half star but no option so giving one.
