Much better than using the council (easier, more responsive, less red tape, less rude!), very responsive, not a very nice thing to have to do but bees in the wall keeping us up all night gotta go. Didn't need to be in the property to do the job (another advantage over the council doing it!).

Ralph took my call late at night and gave great advice. He attended the next day and what a lovely guy! So helpful and informative. Very professional and experienced. Reasonably priced too.The mouse problem is now under control and im now able to relax again. Thanks for such a good service.

Excellent service from Ralph to deal with our wasp issue. Explained clearly on the phone what was required and why, and within hours had carried out the job for us. Haven't seen a wasp since! Very pleased.
