Great workout really pushes you keeps you fit. Rob trains you to become a warrior or a confident self-defence fighter. Fantastic club.

Rob is such a lovely chap and a fantastic teacher. He commands respect from the children he teaches and teaches them mental and physical discipline. Our children absolutely love their Kung Fu class, and literally run in to class each week from the car. I think this demonstrates how much they enjoy Rob's Kung Fu classes and how friendly and understanding Rob is. So glad we found this Kung Fu teacher.

Rob is a great teacher for a range of ages and runs a really engaging class. I would definitely recommend him for his skills as a Kung-Fu teacher.

Excellent club with a first rate instructor.

Rob together with his assistants Jason and Ella provided a 2 hour introduction to White Crane Kung Fu for our 24 Explorer Scouts plus 4 leaders. It was an excellent session and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. While respecting different abilities he pushed us all to get the most out of the class, covering warmup, stretching, punching, blocks and kicks. He holds tight discipline throughout and we all enjoyed it!

You should give this a go if you can. I did because it was getting a bit repetitive in the gym, and I have never looked back. This is a fighting style with a long and deep tradition in classical Chinese martial arts, which has literally withstood the tests of time. This simply means that you get a tried and tested approach that works for every level of fitness, exercise experience, age and area of interest. Regardless of whether you are looking for fitness, self-defence or self-improvement aspects of this you quickly discover that you get much more than physical exercise and superficial instruction. It is taught by a very experienced instructor, Rob, with a great supportive attitude and who still focuses daily on his own improvement of skill and understanding. This is kung fu expertise that I have personally had the privilege of witnessing repeatedly and very successfully being put to the test in traditional Chinese martial arts competitions and challenges. The club is supported and involved in a wider network of clubs and affiliates in the UK and in China, which means that you get the organisational benefits of a larger establishment, while you continuously get personalised direction and support suited to your personal needs. All in all, it is a great way to develop body and mind, but don't just take my words for it - try it for yourself and you will quickly see what I am talking about.

A fantastic class indeed! I train there consistently and every training sessions always gets more intense which ultimately improved my overall fitness and fighting prowess. It is essentially a part of my life and I will continue to train to be a great fighter.Rob is also a brilliant teacher as he pushes the class to greater heights and also compliments people with different physical fitness. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone to join the club!
