As a business owner it is difficult to find a supplier whom you can always count on and gives after sale Customer service.- The website is easy to use.- Their prices is very nice compared to other sellers.- Customer support was beyond description! No matter what I will write now is nothing compared to the Customer service i received from Mr Radek Wlodarczyk. I reached out through livechat multiple times and I always got help, he kept me updated always, and even after sending my order when i had issue with DHL I reached out and he offered to help me again! Amazing service!- The package was well rapped and had fragile stickers everywhere so it arrived in perfect condition.- the product are amazing and I liked them so much and they have high quality.I tried several fragrance oils and I also ordered empty bottles and sprayers. I will definitely order again.

Had a wonderful experience with AW Aromatics, firstly with Radek and then Neil, the production manager went way above and beyond to help me in every thing I asked about. I was honestly overwhelmed by their kindness and willingness to help and guide me. It is by far, the best company I have ever dealt with. Fantastic. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Your parcel will be packed very carefully and will be delivered by APC in the UK. (see terms and conditions). Amazing company, friendly staff, great service and amazing products
