Cheap Bikes R Us

These guys started off quite good. I bought a bike off them which is good... however the customer service and guest satisfaction is honestly shocking. Kieth is just always miserable and rude. He gave me a rough estimate of £45 for a part for my bike, however apparently due to coronavirus the part cost more... £50 more! And rather than consulting me first, he just went and ordered the part and made me pay it! I turned up to get the job done on the day I was booked in and was told that the part hadn’t arrived and so I was sent away without an apology! I really wouldn’t recommend these guys at all... not unless you don’t care about being valued as a customer and want to be ripped off. I emailed my concerns to, Kieth and he was adamant he did nothing wrong and still didn’t apologise for allowing me to turn up to get the bike parts replaced without making me aware before hand that the part hadn’t arrived.

We watch all the reviews. Popped to warehouse. amazing staff very helpful.Make time to help with whatever you ask. Smooth purchase of my sons 1st road legal bike. Highly recommend.Thank you

Great experience and staff were very helpful and very easy to talk to about bikes and my concerns and what the future of me getting on a bike is and now it's going to happen for sure in 2023 and this it the 1st stop once my CBT is done for my outfit and then a new bike later in the year 2023.

Just moved locations so was a bit of a struggle to find the new premises as it has no signage outside. People were helpful and friendly

Really good experience, took my grandson to buy his first helmet, jacket, and gloves. Most helpful gentleman sorted out sizes, and colours. Great prices.What's not too like.Would recommend to anyone.

DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, i bought the yamasaki f50 and have had nothing but problems with it, cables are exposed and all metal rusts as easy as butter melting on a hot pan! Water able to mix into the fuel as not sealed properly! I gave it 2 stars as when it is running it is a decent bike! But most of the time this isnt possible! Spend your money wisely!

Bought a brand new Yamasaki YM50 last year from them. Nice enough people though they never answer emails. It is without doubt the worst bike I have ever bought. So far done 1200 miles, it’s been in the garage 4 times, 2 electrical faults, corrosion so bad that I had to have a new ignition installed, fuel system and carburettor faulty and won’t supply fuel. Just had a call from my son to say the throttle handle has fell to pieces. I keep this in a locked garage and despite this it has gone rusty in a little over 6 months.Don’t make the £2000 mistake I made and stay away from Yamasaki they are appalling and cheap. In fact just what the company is called.Also don’t believe the reviews on YouTube, the guy who does them works for cheap bikes r us.
