On Friday 14th July 2023 Tom Land from Little Sutton Flooring Ltd carried out a remarkable renovation on our parquet hall floor. Tom worked alone all day and transformed our floor from in need of help to impressive. The quote given to us was very fair and reasonable for the amount of work to be carried out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring this type of renovation. Credit to Tom, who was polite, honest and friendly as well as being an excellent crafts man of his trade. Tom did a fantastic job of bringing our oak flooring back to life! He worked with care and attention from beginning to end and is a true professional! Tom visited beforehand to ensure he had a full understanding of the project. He talked us through, in detail, the process and work was completed in a day! Tom is a real perfectionist and when he wasn’t quite satisfied with part of the job, he continued to work on it until it was perfect!We couldn’t be happier with the end result! Tom and Mark did a great job sanding, staining and sealing our oak and pine floors from very dark and damaged to bright, clean and smooth. They arrived bright and early and worked a long day to get the job done, which meant less disruption for our family. The floors looking amazing and we've had lots of compliments from family and friends. We were in two minds about carpeting one of our rooms but we're so glad we didn't. Thanks Tom and Mark.

Wow! What a transformation! Our floors were so worn, I didn’t think they could ever look brand new again. Tom did an amazing job and did a 10 hour day just to get it finished for us. Little Sutton Flooring have done a fantastic job for us! They recently sanded and re finished our oak floor. Tom was professional from start to finish, he is honest, reliable, hard working and completed our floors to a very high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and in fact we will be asking them to come back to do the rest of our flooring in the near future. Amazing! Highly recommend. Tom was v professional and honest re what we wanted, telling us where laminated veneers would not come up good with french polishing. Delighted with the floor polishing. Far exceeded our expectations! Superb service with extra helpful touches and aftercare advice.
