Would recommend. Tim was a great French tutor for me; our sessions usually took the form of a conversation segment followed by grammar work as both of these were where I fell short. Tim’s calm demeanour made the lessons relaxed and enjoyable.

Tim helped my son with his french GCSEs and taught my daughter and myself guitar for 5 years. Tim is a really good tutor and we thoroughly enjoyed our lessons. I would highly recommend Tim for both french and guitar tutorials.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Tim as a guitar tutor. I have been delighted with his approach. He is always very patient and if I'm struggling with any aspect of playing a song he is brilliant at modifying it so I can play it. I've had several guitar tutors over the years but Tim is by far the best. I'm really pleased with the progress I've made and hope to carry on with lessons for many years to come. Thank you Tim! Tim is an excellent tutor, and extremely patient!I've had French lessons with him for 12 months, and have found him to strike the right balance between enjoyment and progression. I don't consider myself to have any natural aptitude with languages, but having someone like Tim who is very supportive and patient makes the whole process of learning a new language much easier and less daunting. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Tim is everything you'd expect from an experienced tutor! Reliable, understanding and encouraging. He was first class at tutoring Spanish to my son, taking him from absolutely nowhere to an excited and confident GCSE pupil. There is not a chance my son would have got this qualification without Tim's guidance. I could not recommend him highly enough! Thank you again Tim.

Tim was a very supportive tutor for my son’s GCSE French. He always provided lots of work for constant practice, which paid off as a grade 8. He was very good with revision and exam practice.
