What a delightful pub. Incredibly friendly staff. I encourage everyone to find this gem and enjoy the company of the locals, who really know how to make you feel at home and have a great night. Loved it.

Good selection of ales and lagers (including real ales) and some very nice wines at reasonable prices. A great local bar with friendly staff. Regular karaoke sessions if you fancy a sing along. This is a drink venue so no food.

Brilliant place. Great staff. Really friendly. Would recommend this place to local and holiday makers. I will certainly be going again. Sad news about landlord Petal. I don't know if this pub will ever be the same. RIP Peter Petal T.

A very handy place to have a beer on a hot day while waiting for a bus. Beer and service good. Appears to be popular with the local daytime customers. (A few signs up suggest an upcoming change of hands so this review might date quickly)

Bar lady really friendly, great service, remembered my drink choice (unlike a lot of bars lately). She kept bar area sparkling - brasswork really clean. Friendly vibes from this bar.

No craft beer on keg, indifferent service. Seemed like a bar with a good local following, but there are plenty of better bars nearby.

Unfriendly barmaid and customers the sort of pub everything stops when you walk in! There are plenty of better bars close by.

Terrific place, great friendly bar lady, sorry no name, but works there full time. Nice court yard, background music. Very clean, great pint. Good vibe all round
