Flavourless food.I was charged £140 for 2 starters, 2 mains and wine. I expected a great meal but sadly the mains genuinely had no taste at all, not even butter or salt. The starters were lovely but expensive. We were advised to get a particular bottle of wine by a lovely waitress, who then disappeared the moment we received it.When we relayed our disappointment to the manager, he said ‘Oh that is a shame’, while taking our payment and then left. Will not be returning. Very disappointed.

Never before have I eaten a flavourless dish at an Italian restaurant but the mushroom second course was just that, truly bland. Overall a disappointing meal and one to forget, shame really as we’d walked by so many times and always wanted to eat here.

Lovely dinner. Burrata and Ragu were standout dishes. Loved the house red

Have walked past many times and decided to take a chance tonight, dropped in without a reservation. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Food decidedly unimpressive, with tiny portions at premium prices, which I’m quite happy to live with if the flavour and execution backs it up. Unfortunately, the castlefranco salad was bland, watery and forgettable, the stuffed guinea fowl ruined by mushy, soggy sourdough and radicchio still so bitter it rendered the rest of the dish inedible. The boar ragu was also bland, completely lacking any depth of flavour. The house wine was nice enough and the rabbit terrine was decent. Service on the basement level was basically absent. One to avoid.

It was not anything spectacular considering the price paid, a bit disappointing. I feel better Italian restaurants exist in London that provide tastier food. Wine was nice, also nice for a restaurant to finally not have 12.5% included on a menu. Gluten free options available.

Lovely little italian restaurant with freshly made food. We managed to get a booking on the day, but i would book in advance. Service was really lovely. Food very decently priced. I had the fried sage butter ravioli which was lovely and fresh. However, the food needed salt, both my friend and I agreed, felt a bit awkward asking for salt as it was not provided on the table.

Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Friendly/knowledgeable staff, a welcoming ambience, and food/wine that transports you straight to rural Tuscany with every morsel. My partner and I were sat at the bar next to the open kitchen - seeing the chefs work their magic as we waited for each course was also a treat.

This is a very British interpretation of Italian food: tiny potions, lacking in flavour and top notch prices. They may mean well but really the cooking and service were very amateurish. Earlier in the week we had dined in a well established and known restaurant in Piccadilly where we had paid the same price per head, but had left with our bellies full. After a three course lunch at Maremma, my entire family went scrounging in the fridge.

Utterly brilliant local restaurant serving pasta and other Italian dishes from the Maremma region of Tuscany (no pizza!).The staff come with an authentic Italian care for great service and the food is as beautiful as it is tasty.Have been a couple of times now and I couldn’t recommend it more. The mains are good enough to be enjoyed as a quick lunch or a Sunday treat-meal.

We've walked past this place a thousand times and finally got to visit, it didn't disappoint. Authentic Italian food and wine, such a great variety on the menu and impeccable service. Generous portion sizes at a reasonable price. X3 types of negroni on the menu, can't wait to return!
