Took the kids to see the Trolls movie today, mistakenly booked VUE Light instead of VUE Kirkstall. Had already bought popcorn and other bits. Spoke to manager, very friendly and empathetic and was able to get me on the next screening. Great customer service. Thank you!

I like this place. My family and I usually visit the cinema then go bowling next door. It is very convenient for us. We have watched many films including the Meg 2, blue beetle, all the paw patrol movies and can't wait to see what else they bring.

convenient, cheaper than competitors, good seating quality and availability. Decent food options too, also allowed to take your own food inside the main entertainment hall (as long as it’s cold option).On recent visit, staff forgot to switch on the heating for the screen which was reported to the staff on ticket check but unfortunately he just shrugged his shoulders and no action taken. that behaviour was colder than the actual screen hall :(I would still recommend to visit this place and enjoy your evenings.

We had an issue today where we had stupidly deleted the online tickets sent to us by email. The staff at Vue were super nice, managed to resolve the issue and we saw the movie.The Imax theatre was great, amazing audio and visuals 10/10.

We saw Oppenheimer here in IMAX. Amazing experience. The cinema was extremely busy but the staff were very efficient and we got popcorn and drinks very quickly. The screening itself went without a hitch. Well priced for IMAX. Will definitely be back.

I find the reclining seats really uncomfy. The back is too far away to sit upright and in reclining position the bump in the seat is in the wrong place for my legs. Enjoyed the Barbie film though! I think I prefer the atmosphere of Cottage Road.

This was our first visit and the review would be 4 or 5 stars were it not for some sloppy customer service. Watching the film was a decent experience... comfy reclining chairs, clean environment, cozy ambient temperature and a decent sized screen. 5 stars for that part. But actually getting in to see the film was harder work than it should be. I get why it makes financial sense to have tickets and refreshments sold at a single point of sale, but for that to work properly the staff need to be quick and efficient. Unfortunately they were neither, and after 10 minutes of queueing we very nearly turned around and walked out. Perhaps we were just unlucky on this occasion, and we'll definitely be back again. I just hope it doesn't take us so long to get in to see the film next time.

Good IMAX but the seats are horrible, and we paid extra for the VIP. The recline isn't strong enough to hold you and you will be leaking back into the knees of the people behind you as there isn't enough leg room.The popcorn was stale and pretty much all drink choices were not available, while the Coke Freestyle was broken.

Decent cinema. Cheaper than most. Even though it has recliner seats. Easy enough to get to by bus/car. 5 minutes from Leeds city centre.
