Purchased a Hercules Gazebo® Hex40 aluminium 3mx4.5m with a few extras for £442 literally a year ago and now has holes starting to appear. I think the frame pinches the fabric when you put it down. I phoned and explained how disappointed I was to a man who was so uninterested. He told me I could buy a new top which has been improved which was a bit of an insult. Its only used for domestic purposes so should last for years.

We have just bought our 2nd Hercules Gazebo. Will was very helpful on the phone guiding us on the correct model to select. The gazebo then arrived next day and just in time for our weekend market. We had one small issue with a dmaged fitting which was sorted very quickly. Great service all round

Recently bought their Titan Hex40 gazebo to be able to use at outdoors events. I run a business selling children’s books so it was important for the gazebo to hold up Gainadt all weather conditions to protect my stock. Each year I do an event on the cliff tops of our local seafront on the East Coast where wind is the staple weather condition. I am incredibly impressed with the gazebo especially for the price.A few weeks ago I was at a school fete in torrential rain and not a single drop of water entered. The canopy and side walls also dried out incredibly quickly, literally in less than an hour. The last two days I have spent 10 hrs a day on the cliff top and yesterday we experienced 30mph winds all day. The gazebo held up and I wasn’t once worried it was going to take off. It was so good that I had numerous other stall holders asking me where I had got it from as they had “been watching all the gazebos and mine was the only one not moving”. My neighbour’s gazebo didn’t make an hour and cost the same amount. I also love the bright colours which helps me stand out amongst the crowd! Awesome product thank you Hercules!!!

We purchased a 4.5 x 3.0m gazebo received in double quick time and was excellent quality unfortunately there was an unforeseen flaw in the roof which left a large hole,I emailed the company on the Saturday and had a new one on Tuesday fantastic service and completely hassle free.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough, I unfortunatly had a few issues, first issue was the wheels on the case for my gazebo were damaged in shipping. The second issue was the stitching of one of the corners of the gazebo came undone. However, these guys have the best customer service I have ever experienced, they sent out a replacement case and a whole new roof and side panels free of charge on next day delivery. They also responded very very fast. I wouldn't buy from anyone else

Great experience and communication spot on .Needed a replacement part for fire pit table as I broke a part by accident . Everyone was very helpful and great price for what I needed , item arrived very quickly !!
