Pentagon Burton on Trent | Vauxhall and Motability

Everything went well until our vehicle was delivered to our daughters by a courier firm. It had scratches inside the back of the van and had not been cleaned. It also smelt of tabacco. Mark said it had been valeted and the scratches were due to it being used as a courtesy vehicle (850 miles) I sent back photos of the valeting (not) a was offered £25 towards getting it valeted ourselves. Surely for such a large company when you sell a vehicle and it does not come up to your high standards you fix it not quibble about £25 and expect the customer to correct it. No wonder the motor trade has such a bad name for being so unprofessional. Will not be going back here! Trading standards are my next stop.

After being pushed from garage to garage I finally settled on Vauxhall due to the certain fault my van had. Here they're brilliant, Jack working at the service desk especially was great, he kept me up to date throughout the day, really nice guy and they've done a brilliant job on my van and I'm definitely relieved.Thank you

In 50 years of motoring I can honestly say that this dealership is the best I have ever dealt with , both Dave and James are a credit to this dealership very professional , polite and knowledgeable brilliant . I have no hesitation in recommending them .

We found online a car we like and in less than 30 mins we had personalised video sent to us and all the details we were concerned about were clarified. This branch offers very affordable home delivery too, worth considering. Really lovely service and knowledgeable advice without rushing us to make a deal. Highly recommend!

One year on and yet another let down from this company. Van has now failed its MOT on a cut in the tyre. Something that we raised when we bought it from this garage and were told it was not a problem. Seriously uninterested ‘salesman’. Unhelpful, awkward and all round negative experience.

I called to book my car for a recall, made the appointment had all my confirmation through via email. A few days before the appointment I had to do a check in for the vehicle online did all of this, on the day of my appointment I travelled from my home which is about 18 miles to the garage to be told when I got there that they didn't have the parts and was unsure if they would even be able to do the recall at all. Not only was it a wasted journey that could of been avoided by a phone call. I still don't know what is happening.
