I went to Total Bathrooms for my full bathroom refit. They were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and Rob created an amazing, well thought out design. When the design had to change and when the building work was delayed, they were always more than happy to help me in any way that they could. I am extremely happy with the finished design and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Andy from Total bathrooms has been so helpful and patient with me, from coming out to measure, provide a design and patient as I chose and changed my mind before settling on the final product set. I am really looking forward to my new bathroom. Really great value and so much to choose from. I would highly recommend this business if you are looking to have a new bathroom

A great Bathroom experience after being put off by Wickes. 1st class service from start to finish. Michelle from Total bathrooms was great my installer Rich was very professional and helpful.I still need to do a small amount of decorating but so pleased with our new bathroom. Would recommend 100%The nice little gift was a lovely little touch.

Over the past few years I have equipped 5 bathrooms with the help of Total Bathrooms. They have a good variety of stuff on offer, including can't-tell-the-difference seconds at bargain prices. But the real win is their customer service. This goes from an initial visit to visits to your house and computer generated plans... until you are happy. Then they look after the whole process of getting the equipment to your house on the right day at the right time. What more could you ask for.... So a strong ***** from me.

We have a tiny bathroom with an awkward shape, but Rob managed to come up with the perfect design that met our needs and stayed within our budget, and we now have a beautiful bathroom. He paid attention to many details, and our builder even commented on how well detailed his measurements were on the plans provided to us. Thank you

I did not have a clue about bathroom fittings, Andy guided me through the process and explained various options open to me for replacing my existing shower, which was over the bath, to a walk-in one. He was very professional, helpful and patient as I did take time to make a final decision, there was no hard sell. The fittings supplied were of good quality and delivered when they said they would be. I commend their delivery men who had to bring everything up 3 flights of stairs to my flat. All in all a very positive experience.

I have used Total Bathrooms for two jobs in the last 2 years, and I am very happy to recommend them to others. Their design stage is incredibly helpful for deciding on what you like and understanding what fits in the space, almost impossible to do a bathroom remodel without that I found. Eddie Barber at TB has the patience of a saint and was happy to change bits and bobs, and rethink the design when I changed my mind or budget! He is to be commended, very knowledgeable about what works and doesn't and honest in his advice. Their customer service is great, straight on it if there is a problem or you need help. I will happily use them and their approved fitters again. They also have some good sales.

We had excellent advice in planning our bathroom and en suite makeovers. In particular Andy was extremely helpful and informative. Fittings were delivered on time and whilst one pack of flooring was damaged, a replacement arrived the following day. They are a professional team who know their stuff and give a very good service. Very helpful salesman who listened to our ideas and made them a reality. Delivery was on time and a replacement cabinet swiftly sent out when a minor issue was found with the original. We’re very happy with our new bathroom.
