Simple user friendly, not 'pushy' and good support

Had aerial issues that pixelated the tv when a car drove past and eventually stopped picking up any channels at all. Jenkins came out and resolved the problem really quickly . Fabulous, friendly service. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I have nothing but praise for J Jenkins of Sleaford. Their office staff are so polite and friendly, and the guys that visit your property are extremely experienced and knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I have used this company numerous times for various repairs and purchases, and have never had an issue. Most recent purchase of a washing machine, this appliance was delivered and installed less than 24 hours after ordering - absolutely fantastic service!! Wonderful family run business, no need to go out of town whatsoever, all credit due to Tara and the guys!!

Needed an appliance delivering to a first floor flat for my son, most suppliers had issues with this, but not J Jenkins. A 5 minute phone call explaining situation and choosing the right appliance and delivery was arranged for within 2 days. Delivered on time and by very helpful, friendly chaps. 5* service, would recommend to anyone.

I had an issue with a dual fuel range cooker that another company had been out to and they had told me that I needed to get a gas fitter involved as the gas hob would need to be removed to get at the electric oven and for them to then diagnose the fault. Didn't sound right to me so I sought a second opinion. I called into the shop, spoke with a gentleman who obviously knew exactly what he was talking about. He explained to me how he would do it, how much his time would cost and that any parts would then be on top of that. He then went out, diagnosed the fault, sent me a quote for his time (as agreed) and parts on top, I accepted that and he went and fixed it. It really can be that simple if you deal with someone who knows what they are doing. If I ever need an appliance or a problem with one fixed in the future I will go back there with confidence. Thank you.

As usual euronics (Jenkins)of Sleaford were them cheerful selves and the job was done efficiently and they cleaned up once finished.

What wonderful service - from speaking to a knowledgeable and helpful lady first thing to delivery of washer that same afternoon. Delivery men not only installed washer but also tightened door screw and took lid off jar!! What more can you ask?? Thankyou
