Nick is excellent at what he does and you can tell he has a lot of experience. He was very helpful with every aspect of selling our house. Nick is very attentive and easy to contact and even had input and advice on properties we were viewing for ourselves. A much more personal service than some I’ve received before and will definitely use again.

Nick has made selling our house easy. We had several offers and were able to accept an offer, above our asking price, within three days of our property being on the market. He promised when we had our first meeting that he was contactable and responsive and he really delivered on that. I know nothing about how to sell a house and I really felt able to ask him anything and get an honest answer. He even went above and beyond by giving us advice on making an offer on our new home.
