The Dressing Room

Today was my first time shopping at The Dressing Room. I specifically wanted jeans and was pleasantly surprised with the extensive and varied range of premium denim that was stocked. I was also blown away by the customer service, one lady in particular, Christine was a pleasure to deal with. She offered style and sizing advice that resulted in me finding the perfect fit and style for my shape. I’ll definitely be back.

Just wanted to thank Becky from The Dressing Room for her lovely attitude and customer service skills. She was very kind and professional when she dealt with my concerns over returns.I've bought from the dressing room a few times and always had a good shopping experience.

My wife and I were passing by and noticed the beautiful colours of the new collections. My wife had previously owned boutique in Europe and recognised a totally unique style of collections and designs. We were hugely impressed with both the collections and the caring nature of the staff. Always smiling never pushy and extremely knowledgeable in what could perhaps suit the clients. We just had to purchase two beautiful summer dresses (both are sampled together on the web page). Unfortunately for my wallet, my wife is hugely impressed and will be returning. This is my all-time favourite place to shop. They only have clothes of a high quality, that thrive to be sustainably & organically made. Their style is up to date and very fashionable. Their stylists are trained to know exactly which sizes will fit you and what would suit you, making shopping a seamless experience. If anyone accompanies you, they have very comfortable seats and nice refreshments. Their online site is easy to use and their orders come in a timely manner. I couldn’t recommend more highly.

This was my first visit to St Albans and I found some very lovely and friendly places to shop. The Dressing Room was not one of them. They have some very lovely things that I definitely would have purchased. However the complete indifference and attitude of the two shop assistants today made me feel very uncomfortable and very unwelcome. I was totally ignored. Thank you for all those other lovely shopping experiences in this lovely town.

I rarely leave reviews but the Dressing Room deserves it. I ordered a pair of boots for next day delivery at 2pm and the next morning at 7.30am I received them. Thank you so much I can now wear them at the weekend.

I had a very positive online shopping experience with these kind ladies! They were very communicative and friendly, and went to lengths to help me with an online purchase when I couldn't be there in-store to see the item myself. Next day delivery, item arrived perfectly. Happy! :)
